EV and HEV with IGBT simulation software
The EV and HEV with IGBT loss simulation software system Ver. 6 is calculated IGBT module in the three phase PWM inverter circuit/chopper circuit loss and temperature rise in the software.(may need to download the.net framework.
Please after Windows 7 version in use.
